| TO REGISTER AS INDIVIDUAL ENTRY |

Click on Online Registration to register
your participation.
Click on Individual Entry |

| TO REGISTER AS SUNWAY WORLD CLUB MEMBER |
| |
You must register as Sunway World Club
Member before you can register your entry.
Click on Register Now |

| Enter your personal details as display in
the form. |

| Please ensure that your email
address is accurate. All correspondence will send via email. |

| Once completed the form, click on submit. |
| |
To start register your entry.
Click on Online Registration
Click on Individual Entry

| Enter your username and password which you
had register |
| |
| Click Login |

| Enter your details as shown in the form. |

Click on Submit once completed |

Once you click submit, a summary page of
your selection will display.
Please double check before you make
payment.
Enter your credit card details as shown in
the form.
Click Submit to process your payment. |

Click on Partner Entry
Enter the details as stated in the form
Once completed click on Submit |

Click on Team Entry
Enter your team entry details as stated in
the form
Click Submit once completed |

To add team name, click on ADD SKATER NAME
under the Skater Name List
If you wish to delete the skater name after
you enter, click on REMOVE
Click Submit once completed |
